The position is superb, next to a forest area in a quiet bay. Not in the main Acapulco area, which was fine by us. Lobby area/ bar is lovely, open and airy. Small but clean beach. Absolutely lovely staff and we had a package that included a great breakfast and free drinks 6-7 pm ! They have a hotel Cat who is really cute.

Everything!!! Staff was super nice, food was great, valet was awesome, facilities where beautiful, the room was gorgeous, location was perfect and I loved Muñeca the cat boss! 10/10 I would recommend this to anyone going to Acapulco.

The private beach is outstanding, it is like a blue and green pool where fish swims around you. staff in the pool and beach are very friendly. the hotel is located in a bay with great views.

Food and service at the restaurant were excellent!! Staff really took the time to make sure we were getting everything we needed.

The staff was exceptionally attentive and kind, while the hotel itself went the extra mile with a wonderful surprise upgrade, free breakfast and no parking fees. Fantastic experience!

The hotel views are stunning, and since it was low season, I got to enjoy a kid-free pool (a must for me, since I'm a solo traveller). The room was huge and comfortable, but some of the furniture is starting to show wear. The bed was comfy and I was grateful that the staff let me check out at 2 pm. I loved that the hotel has its own semi-private beach.
